the apartment was big enough. it had a large balcony. the swimming pool was warm and super clean during my january visit.
i found the walls and the floor to be cold. the air conditioning unit did not have a heat setting. the sofa was very uncomfortable so sleeping on it was difficult.

the reception staff showed warmth i felt very welcome they called to tell me my room was available early the room was large and very clean it was a one-bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen that had a good fridge freezer
i found that for three evenings there was a very strong smell of cannabis coming from a neighbouring apartment i had to close my terrace doors i could not sit outside comfortably the adults only pool was also closed this was disappointing as i enjoyed it previously

the apartment showed age, it was rather outdated. mold was present in the bathroom, which concerned me, also the shower made the bathroom wet. i found these issues disappointing..

the apartment was spacious it was also very clean. i appreciated the large balcony with two loungers a table and chairs. the kitchen had a kettle toaster oven with hob and fridge freezer.
the hotel required a taxi to go anywhere i needed. we requested a twin room i was told that they do not have twin rooms. the transfers we paid for could not take us all the way to the hotel.

i found the apartment spacious it had a very large terrace with an ocean view i had good wifi too the check in was really efficient the apartment was well furnished it had a large fridge freezer and a microwave.
the steep hill was a drawback requiring taxis to reach costa adeje i needed to cross busy roads especially with children and i expected this because i got a great deal so it was worth it

the hotel offers nice views towards the ocean and the town is close to many attractions during winter in tenerife the area is the warmest i found free parking opportunities nearby.

the local restaurant offered decent food at a good value i enjoyed the happy hour it provided very nice value for money the onsite cafe offers good food at a good price i thought.

there are nice swimming pools including a main pool jacuzzi and pools for kids and adults the pool area has entertainment daily i thought the adults only bar has beautiful sunset views.

the staff are friendly and helpful particularly lois at reception and nancy behind the bar i found them pleasant i experienced very efficient checkin and checkout at this place.

i stayed in a one-bedroom apartment ocean view. the apartment was very clean and spacious. the balcony was also large with plenty of sun loungers to use.
i requested apartments close together but this was not possible. the staff seemed rude at times. also, the shop closes early at 4pm, inconvenient.
